Married 18 years this year to Kate and they have 3 kids together. 10 years ago Kate and Joe founded Let them LOL, a ministry in Sierra Leone, West Africa. In 10 years, their ministry has drilled 125 water wells, opened a school for 500 kids, a safe house for at risk girls, a learning cafe, a children’s home for orphans, a church on their campus and recently a hospital. Joe, a native from Buffalo, NY, loves encouraging people and is hoping Reggie Joiner will co-write a book with him titled, Zombies, Football and Phases: 10 ways to help Bills fans navigate the phases of being in the Superbowl and playoffs and then having the longest drought ever.

(BIO) Taylor has been serving in youth ministry since 2004. He has served in small, medium, and large churches, as well as rural and suburban churches. He is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary earning a Masters of Divinity. He has been serving since 2010 at Grace Church in Cape Coral, FL where he recently transitioned from the Pastor of Student Ministries into the Family Pastor role in early 2017. Grace Church is a multi-site church with several campuses in Southwest Florida. Taylor’s greatest joy is being married to Sara Jo and raising his children, Crews & Isla Adele, as well as, cheering on The University of Kentucky Wildcats Basketball squad.

(BIO) Tivo has been working in Next Generation Ministry since he was 13 years old. He has a passion for engaging the Next Generation and leading them into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Tivo currently serves as the Children’s Pastor of The Worship Center Christian Church in Birmingham, Alabama. He also invests in ministry leaders by investing in and coaching leaders across the globe. Tivo has been a part of events with The Kidmin Nation and Orange. He attended Liberty University and graduated from Highlands College, the ministry training school of Church of the Highlands – where he has also worked. (BIO) Valerie has 17 years of combined ministry between youth, children, and pastoral ministry. Recently, she moved from the island of Puerto Rico where she served alongside her husband as senior pastors and lived for 5 years, to come serve as the NextGen pastor at Bridge of Hope Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her passion is to see people come to Christ, be restored and grow in Him through discipleship. She also has a heart for unity and social justice through the gospel. When she is not working, she is creating “something” mostly related to photography, drinking strong coffee or traveling with the hubby.

(BIO) Will, a veteran youth worker for 12 years, has spent the last 10 years serving as a NextGen / Student pastor at a multisite church in Fort Myers, FL. Most recently, he started a non-profit, partnering with parents and educators to help heal despair in teens. In addition to leading a non-profit, Will is helping launch a new church, Mission Community and coaches youth pastors/workers for Orange’s You Lead Coaching. His is passionate to see the next generation come to know Christ and partner with church leaders to reach young people in new ways. He lives in the sunshine state with his wife, Arianne, and children, Liam, Reese, and Kinsley.
