A NextGen Pastor is a person who oversees all ministries from 0-18. This is the person who leads staff, budget, and programs for everything under adult ministries. If NextGen Pastor isn’t your official title, that’s okay. We have youth pastors who also oversee the children’s ministry or discipleship pastors who oversee kids and teenagers. It’s more about the function than the title.

The price is $250.

Because of limited capacity, NEXT is an invite-only event. We want to ensure as many churches as possible are represented and create intentional space to invest in the unique challenges and opportunities that Next Gen leaders face.

January 26-27, 2026.

Your registration includes entrance to the event. Accommodations are on your own, but we’ll provide hotel options with special room block pricing. Dinner on the 26th and lunch on the 27th are included.

This year, we’re moving the event to Dallas-Fort Worth! The exact location will be shared soon.
